1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, software, or virtual products.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked “Final Sale” (e.g., clearance/discounted products).
2. Refund Process
Inspection Required: Returns must be shipped back to me for inspection.
Approval & Timing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after I receive and verify the item.
Bank Processing: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Original shipping fees (unless I shipped the wrong/defective item).
Return shipping costs (customers cover return shipping).
