1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, software, or virtual products.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” (e.g., clearance/discounted products).

2. Refund Process

  • Inspection Required:​ Returns must be shipped back to me for inspection.

  • Approval & Timing:​ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days​ after I receive and verify the item.

  • Bank Processing:​ Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot​ be issued for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Original shipping fees (unless I shipped the wrong/defective item).

  • Return shipping costs (customers cover return shipping).
