1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note:
Some items may be non-returnable, such as digital products, custom-made goods, or items marked as final sale.

2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Reduced-price, clearance, or sale items (unless defective).

  • Original shipping fees (unless the error was mine).
