I partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The available methods and carriers will be displayed at checkout and are selected based on your location, the product, and cost-effectiveness.
For standard deliveries, services like Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, or UPS may be used.
For remote or international destinations, delivery times may be longer, and specific carriers (often national postal services) will be selected accordingly.
Special items (e.g., fragile, high-value) may require upgraded shipping; this will be communicated if necessary.
3. Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Any items with specific processing times (e.g., “Made to Order”) will be clearly noted on the product page.
The estimated delivery timeframe will be provided during checkout. Please note these are estimates, and carriers may occasionally experience delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the package weight/size, and the selected service.
Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly advertised on the website and apply only to the specified regions.
International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Responsibilities
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error on my part, I will cover the costs of the return shipment and the re-shipment of the correct item.
For customer-initiated returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind, size exchange) within the return period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I will cover the cost to ship the replacement item.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping must be tracked and insured for your protection.
Returns refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery, Risk & Title
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and the legal ownership (title) of the items transfer to you, the customer. I am not liable for parcels once they are marked as delivered by the carrier or lost due to an incorrect address.
7. Prohibited Items
I comply with all regulations regarding restricted items. By placing an order, you confirm that the items you are purchasing can be legally shipped to your destination country.
8. Force Majeure
I will not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by events outside of my reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, war, pandemics, or carrier network disruptions.
